Hassle Free Home Services is an established DMV provider of residential home services with a proven track record and reputation. We are seeking a professional Home Services Advisor to join our amazing and fast-growing team to sell our wide range of services (e.g. preventative maintenance, handyman services, emergency services, home upgrade projects) to homeowners in the Maryland, Virginia, and NW DC area.

Responsibilities:

NO COLD CALLING REQUIRED. Our lead generation team provides qualified leads so you can focus on presenting and selling our unique value to homeowners who are already looking for help to maintain their homes.

First and foremost, your job is to respond to incoming leads quickly as a trusted resource to the homeowner. You are responsible for listening and understanding the homeowner’s challenges, explain the existing Hassle Free Home Services plans and advantages, articulate how we help homeowners solve their problems, present a simple contract for periodic services, and completing the sale.

The position is based in our Rockville, MD office. Leads may come in over a weekend and require proper follow through.

Hassle Free Home Services provides a comprehensive 4 week advance pay training program where you spend time working with our team to thoroughly understand our sales process and offerings. You will also have the opportunity to “shadow” a senior sales leader as they present Hassle Free Home Services and close deals from incoming leads.

Our team effort sales approach enables you to rely on our Home Managers and management team to help answer any homeowner’s questions or concerns during the sales process. You will receive excellent support so you can focus on “selling” and not chasing down or generating new leads. Our customers are homeowners who generally own valuable residential properties are often professionals or successful business executives who appreciate the services we provide.

Qualifications:

  • Highly effective communicator especially on the phone or a Zoom call
  • Experience owning, or caring for, a home
  • Willingness to learn, train, and grow
  • Reliable, prompt, and follows through on a timely basis
  • Computer savvy (e.g. MS Office experience or using CRM tools a plus such as Salesforce or Hubshot)

Requirements:

  • Selling experience and/or home services industry is a plus
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Strong computer skills (e.g. Zoom or equivalent, MS Office, database management, CRM, Gmail)
  • Any type of real estate, property management, interior design, home improvement, or DIY experience is a plus

Schedule: Full-time. Occasional, evening or weekend call backs are typical.
